How it works
- Type a motor carrier's legal name or USDOT number.
- Select the State for your trucking safety history search.
- You'll see carrier registration details (address, fleet size, operation classification, cargo carried, vehicle type breakdown), 24-month rolling crash and inspection totals, detailed crash and inspection records for the selected state with monthly activity bar graphs, a 50-state summary of inspections and crashes with its own monthly bar graph, and BASIC Scores.
